La Pastorale is a development of 64 properties with a Homeowners Association, membership of which is compulsory for all Homeowners. The Homeowners Association has a constitution and other governing documents which are published elsewhere on the website. 

 

Of the 64 properties, 62 are built up and the other two belong to the Homeowners Association and are maintained as a garden for use by the La Pastorale residents,
